DW716E DeWALT 305mm Double Bevel Compound Slide Electronic Mitre Saw, fitted with a powerful 95mm universal motor providing superior power in high torque cutting applications sitting on a solid aluminium base and fence machined to exacting tolerances the DW716E delivers precision cuts in the largest materials, double bevel capability allows the head of the saw to flip rather than the workpiece thus making long sections simple to cut while maintaining perfect surface finish, the electronic speed control of the DW706E provides controlled power delivery in low speed applications while maintaining high output torque 
Stainless steel detent system has been designed to maintain accuracy for the life of the machine, 50 degree mitre capability left and right, fitted with a handle and guard release designed for comfort and ease of use, the DW716E has a new mitre adjustment system for accurate angle setting and the belt drive system delivers smooth durable running charcteristics also allowing the motor to be placed away from the cutting area thus maximising cutting capacity, quarter degree vernier bevel scale indicator has been designed for ease of use by the operator, this machine is compatible with laser sightline DE7187
